She brings a rare combination of academic rigor, industry expertise,

and enterprise leadership to every engagement.

• Ph.D. in Physics; master’s degree in computer science

• Eight years at Teradata Company designing large-scale, high-

        performance data systems

• More than a decade leading data strategy in a highly regulated

        enterprise environment

These experiences shaped Dr. Hong Gui's conviction that sustainable data success depends less on tools alone and more on clear ownership, stewardship, and leadership structures that bridge business and technology.
